Teen With Cerebral Palsy To Ride Bicycle From Geneva, Ill. To Lake Geneva, Wis.

(CBS) -- Bicycling is a passion for George Keenan and cerebral palsy is not stopping him from starting an ambitious two- day adventure on Thursday.

He was warming up on his custom bike in west suburban Geneva Wednesday night. George plans to cycle more than 60 miles to Lake Geneva, Wisconsin over a two day period, accompanied by friends and family.

"Biking is his life," said Terry Keenan, George's father. "He doesn't drive right now and he goes everywhere on his bike, so all day long he does a lot of biking, three, four, five hours a day.

Project Mobility presented the bike to George on Super Bowl Sunday.
