Teen Shot In South Chicago

CHICAGO (STMW) -- A 17-year-old boy was shot in the hand early Monday in South Chicago.

About 2 a.m., he was walking to a store in the 2800 block of East 80th Street when a dark-colored vehicle pulled up, the driver got out and opened fire, police said.

Family members took him to South Shore Hospital, where he was listed in good condition.

Police think the shooting was gang-related.
