Teen Shot In North Lawndale
CHICAGO (STMW) -- A teenager was shot Thursday night in the North Lawndale neighborhood on the West Side.
The 16-year-old boy riding a bicycle about 8:15 p.m. in the 1300 block of South Lawndale Avenue, when someone walked up and opened fire, police said.
He was shot in the left arm and grazed in the leg, and taken in good condition to Mount Sinai Hospital, police said.
Police said the teen is affiliated with a gang.
