Teen Dead After Shooting In Chatham

CHICAGO (CBS) -- A teen was killed Thursday night in a shooting in Chatham neighborhood.

The shooting happened at 6:15 p.m. in the 0-99 block of East 83rd Street, police said.

The 18-year-old male victim was shot in the leg, wrist, and neck, police said.

He was taken to the University of Chicago Medical Center in critical condition, and was later pronounced dead there, police said.
