Teacher Brought To Tears By Students' Birthday Surprise

(CBS) -- Celebrating a 56th birthday is hardly one of those milestones.

Too young to retire.

Been voting forever. Can't remember the last time you were carded.

AARP has been trying to sign you up for years already.

But for high school English teacher Kyle Simpler, his 56th birthday was something special after all.

You see, Mr. Simpler hadn't celebrated with a birthday cake in quite a few years.

His students took care of that.
