Police Talk To Person Of Interest In Robbery Of Mayor Emanuel's Son

(CBS) -- Chicago Police talked with a person of interest in connection to last month's robbery of Mayor Rahm Emanuel's son near the family's North Side home.

Chicago Police spokesman Marty Maloney said no arrest had been made and that the investigation is ongoing.

Sources said Zach Emanuel's stolen phone was turned into police on Monday. No charges have yet been filed.

The mayor said Zach was talking to his college counselor on his iPhone when he was attacked from behind. The 17-year-old reportedly suffered a fat lip and chipped tooth.
