Radi says security cameras captured the couple walking into the store wearing gloves, removing the bike off an elevated rack and walking out with the bike.

"I feel like I'm personally violated," he said. "We have cameras everywhere...these guys I don't know it's like they don't think."

Radi is offering a $1,000 reward to anyone who can identify the thieves.

Anyone with information is asked to call Wheaton Police at 630-260-2000 or Spokes Bikes at 630-690-2050.
