Spring Training 2021: Anthony Rizzo Hits A Bomb, Cubs End Game In Tie With Mariners

MESA, Ariz. (CBS) -- It was a picture-perfect day Wednesday for the Cubs and the Seattle Mariners in Spring Training action.

A little bit of wind was blowing out, and the Cubs took advantage. New left fielder Joc Pederson sent one out to the right center.

Later it was Anthony Rizzo with a bomb to the right, over the grass hill, and into the Hornitos stand.

The teams played a full nine innings, and ended in an 8-8 tie.
