South Side Man With Dementia Missing More Than A Month

CHICAGO (STMW) -- A 65-year-old man who suffers from dementia has been missing from the Grand Boulevard neighborhood on the South Side since last month.

Johnny Jones last was seen about 2 p.m. on Sept. 7 in the 4900 block of South Prairie Avenue, according to a missing person alert from Chicago Police.

The 5-foot-8, 180-pound bald black man was wearing blue jeans and white gym shoes, the alert said.
