Man Killed In South Shore Shooting

CHICAGO (CBS) -- A 32-year-old man was shot and killed while driving early Friday in the South Shore neighborhood.

Police said the man was driving near 75th and Coles, when someone shot him in the head, causing him to crash into a parked car.

The victim was taken to the University of Chicago Medical Center, where he was pronounced dead.

No one was in custody Monday morning.

Area South detectives were investigating.
