Man injured after shooting in South Chicago

Man shot near CTA bus stop in South Chicago

A man was shot near a CTA bus stop in the South Chicago neighborhood on Friday night. 

Chicago police said a 33-year-old man was shot in the left leg in the 7900 block of South East End Avenue around 10 p.m.

The victim did not provide police with further details on the incident. 

The man was taken to the University of Chicago Hospital, where he is listed in good condition. 

No arrests have been made. 

Area Two Detectives are investigating.
