Slauson's Deal Worth $12.8 Milliion

(CBS) The numbers are in, and according to the Chicago Tribune, Bears left guard Matt Slauson's four-year contract is worth a base value of $12.8 million with $4.9 million guaranteed.

Slauson, 27, will earn $4 million in 2014 after getting just $1.1 million in 2013. He had an $815,000 salary with the Bears and triggered $285,000 in incentives this past season.

Slauson signed a one-year deal with the Bears for the 2013 season after beginning his career with the Jets.
