Six Hurt In Shooting At Easter Party In Montomgery, Ill.

(CBS) -- Six people were shot at an Easter party in west suburban Montgomery.

Four men and two women were hurt in the shooting and police say that the shooter is still on the loose.

The Montomgery Police Chief Daniel Meyers told CBS 2's Courtney Gousman that a man got out of his gold SUV and fired bullets into the garage of a home in the 1300 block of Jackson.

It was around 12:30 Sunday morning and police say there was an Easter party taking place with children inside. Even cars parked nearby were riddled with bullets.

"We're looking for one male Hispanic with at least one or two handguns, and an SUV. Gold with black rims," said Meyers.

The Kane County Major Crimes Task Force was activated to work on this case.
