Six Cars Involved In Crash In Chatham Near Dan Ryan Expressway

CHICAGO (CBS)-- Six cars were involved in a crash in the Chatham neighborhood Monday night.

Around 10:30 p.m., police said the driver of a black Ford Fusion was heading westbound when he took a red light and swerved into three cars, causing a chain reaction.

The driver of the black Ford Fusion took off. Police are still searching for the driver.

At least one person was taken to a local hospital.

The area has reopened after a police investigation.
