All lanes reopen on Dan Ryan Expressway after shots fired near 87th Street
CHICAGO (CBS)-- Lanes of the Dan Ryan Expressway were closed for about 2.5 hours after shots were fired at 87th Street Tuesday morning.
All lanes reopened after 7 a.m.
Large caliber bullet holes in a sedan parked OB on the Ryan at 95th Street brought a large State Police contingent to investigate & collect evidence. Illinois State Police said bullets hit a red Dodge Charger around 4:30 a.m.
No injuries were reported.
