Person Ends Up On Ramp From I-57 To Bishop Ford Freeway After Being Shot

CHICAGO (CBS) -- A person ended up on the ramp between Interstate 57 and the Bishop Ford Freeway Monday afternoon after being shot.
Police were seen in the center lane of the ramp on the city's South Side.
The victim was not shot on the expressway. It was not clear late Monday where the victim was shot.
