Senior Citizen Hit By CTA Bus

CHICAGO (CBS) -- An 80-year-man was hit by a CTA bus Friday afternoon.

The incident happened in the intersection of Madison and Pulaski.

Police said the man was crossing Madison when he was hit, but he wasn't in the crosswalk, so the bus had the right-of-way.

The man was rushed to the hospital and is in serious condition.
