Semi Loses Load, Closing Two Lanes Of Inbound Bishop Ford

CHICAGO (CBS) -- Two lanes of the northbound Bishop Ford Freeway are shut down after a semi truck lost its load during Wednesday's morning commute.

The crash happened in the northbound lanes of I-94 near 130th Street about 8 a.m., according to Illinois State Police.

The semi truck spilled about 1,200 gallons of mineral oil, police said. IDOT sent a crew out to clean up the spill.

Two northbound lanes remained closed as of 11 a.m., but traffic is getting by in the far left lane, according to police.

No injuries were reported.
