Sam Acho Gathers Pro Athletes From Most Chicago Teams To West Side Events

CHICAGO (CBS) -- Former Bears linebacker Sam Acho helped coordinate an event this week at the By The Hand Club For Kids on Chicago's West Side.

He organized the event in the wake of George Floyd's death and the unrest that has followed, and he had major support from some big-time Chicago athletes.

Acho had two athletes from most of Chicago's pro teams. The White Sox didn't have anyone available, but he says he will try to work something out with them soon.
