Nearly 100 Students At Roosevelt Middle School In River Forest Placed Under Quarantine Due To 4 Positive COVID-19 Cases

RIVER FOREST, Ill. (CBS) -- Less than a week after returning to fully in-person learning, nearly 100 students at a middle school in River Forest are in quarantine.

Classes for more than 600 students resumed last Monday at Roosevelt Middle School, at 7560 Oak Ave. in the western suburb.

Since Thursday, the school said four students have tested positive for COVID-19.

As a result 94 students who came into contact with their classmates who tested positive are now at home quarantining.
