Report: White Sox Sign Emilio Bonifacio To 1-Year Deal

(CBS) The White Sox and utilityman Emilio Bonifacio have agreed to a one-year, $4-million deal, according to Fox Sports' Jon Morosi.

The deal includes a 2016 club option, the Tribune's Colleen Kane reported.

Bonifacio is a career .262 hitter with a .319 on-base percentage. He will likely fill a super-sub role for the White Sox.
