Report: Deng Not Happy With Culture On Cavs

(CBS) Former Chicago Bulls forward Luol Deng has expressed frustration with the lack of accountability that his new team, the Cleveland Cavaliers, has displayed, according to a New York Daily News report.

Deng played nine and a half seasons with the Bulls before being traded to the Cavs in January in what was a cost-saving measure for Chicago. Deng was accustomed to the discipline of Bulls coach Tom Thibodeau, but there isn't much of that in Cleveland, the Daily News reported, with young players getting their way despite not showing professionalism at times.

The Daily News reported that Deng told a friend, "The stuff going on in practice would never be tolerated by the coaching staff or the front office back in Chicago. It's a mess."
