Report: Cubs Sign 1st-Round Pick Ian Happ

(CBS) The Cubs have signed 2015 first-round draft pick Ian Happ, according to MLB.com's Jim Callis.

Happ confirmed the signing on Twitter, saying he'll report to Arizona first.
