Report: Bills Likely To Part Ways With Aaron Kromer

(CBS) The Bills are likely to part ways with offensive line coach Aaron Kromer, WKBW-TV in Buffalo reported, after he was arrested in earlier in July on a charge of battery stemming from an incident in which he allegedly punched a minor in the face following an argument over beach chairs.

Shortly after that, Kromer was placed on administrative paid leave for the altercation that took place in the Pensacola, Fla., area. Kromer, 48, is accused of pushing a boy to the ground and then punching him, injuring his left eye, according to the police report. Kromer had confronted two boys about using his beach chairs while they were fishing, the report stated. Kromer has a home in the area.

Kromer served as the Bears' offensive coordinator under Marc Trestman the past two years before their firings following a disappointing 5-11 season in 2014. The Bills hired Kromer in January.
