(CBS) Bears defensive back Deiondre' Hall was arrested early Sunday morning in Cedars Fall, Iowa, and officially cited for public intoxication, disorderly conduct and interference, according to a police report.

Hall, 22, was arrested at a Sharkey's Funhouse, a Cedar Falls bar, where he was seen flailing his arms and yelling profanities at bar and staff patrons, according to the police report. He refused police commands, yelling and spitting in officers' faces, according to the report. Hall was tased in the left leg after a refusal to comply with police orders.

Hall was jailed after the incident. He was with Packers defensive back Makinton Dorleant, a college teammate. Dorleant was arrested for interference in the act.

Hall attended college at Northern Iowa in Cedar Falls before the Bears selected him in the fourth round of the draft last spring. He played in eight games as a rookie, making nine tackles and one interception. His rookie season was disrupted by an ankle sprain suffered during a walk-through in practice.

The Bears have offered no comments to the arrest of Hall.
