Rangers Beat White Sox, 7-3

SURPRISE, Ariz. (AP) -- Texas lost yet another pitcher to injury, with Anthony Ranaudo walking off the mound during the third inning of the Rangers' 7-3 win over a Chicago White Sox split squad on Thursday.

Rangers pitchers Yu Darvish, Derek Holland and Tanner Scheppers have been injured this spring. Darvish, the staff ace, could be headed for season-ending elbow surgery. Ranaudo is among the candidates competing for a rotation slot.

Adrian Beltre homered and Shin-Soo Choo had an RBI triple. Ryan Ludwick had sacrifice fly in the Rangers' three-run fourth. Jorge Alfaro doubled and tripled for Texas.

Avisail Garcia, who is 7-for-13 in his past five games, started the White Sox's three-run second with a single. Carlos Sanchez contributed a two-run single.
