Police Rule Montgomery Stabbings To Be Murder-Suicide

CHICAGO (CBS) -- A 48-year-old man fatally stabbed his wife before stabbing himself Friday night in their southwest suburban home, according to police.

Just before 9:30 p.m. Friday, officers were sent to a home in the 2000 block of Kate Court in Montgomery, according to Montgomery police.

Kurt D. Jaeger, 48; and his wife, 55-year-old Nancy Buhle Weinstein, were found in the home with multiple stab wounds, according to police.

Jaeger stabbed his wife multiple times, then himself, according to police. Both were pronounced dead at the scene.
