Police Release Surveillance Photos Of Suspect In Armed Robberies Of NW Side Gas Stations

(CBS) -- Chicago police have released surveillance photos of a suspect wanted in connection with two armed robberies at Northwest Side gas stations.

The first robbery occurred on May 26 at 1:20 a.m. at a gas station on the 5200 block of W. Addison and the second robbery occurred at 10:11 p.m. on May 28 at a gas station in the 4000 block of N. Laramie. In each incident, police say the suspect entered the gas station, produced a handgun and demanded money.

Police describe the man as between 20-30 years old, 5'07"- 5'08" tall and weighing between 125-170 pounds. Police say he was wearing a hooded sweatshirt or jacket, blue jeans, brown shoes, gloves and had a mask covering his face.

In each incident, police say the suspect entered the gas station, produced a handgun and demanded money.(Photo provided by Chicago police.)
