It's unclear what condition the gator is in, or who was keeping it.
The discovery comes three weeks since the elusive alligator 'Chance the Snapper' was captured after a week-long hunt in the Humboldt Park Lagoon.
It's still unknown how that 5-foot-long alligator got into the lagoon, but authorities have said it's likely someone had been keeping it as a pet, and dumped it in the lagoon when it got too big.
