Man Stabbed To Death In Pilsen Bar

(CBS/STMW) -- A man was stabbed to death in a Pilsen neighborhood bar early Saturday, police said.

About 12:40 a.m., the 43-year-old was stabbed in the neck while he was in a bar in the in the 900 block of West 18th Street, police said. He was dead at the scene.

A suspect was taken into custody after the stabbing, police said.

The victim was identified as 43-year-old Rodolfo Avina by the Cook County medical examiner's office.
