Man Killed In Crash Near Midway Airport

(STMW) -- A man was killed in a car crash early Saturday near Midway Airport on the Southwest Side.

Adrian Del Bosque, 34, was driving northbound in the 6000 block of South Cicero Avenue at 3:05 a.m. when his car struck the center median, according to Chicago Police and the Cook County medical examiner's office.

Del Bosque, of the 5200 block of South McVicker Avenue, was taken to Advocate Christ Medical Center in Oak Lawn, where he was pronounced dead at 3:58 a.m., authorities said.

The police Major Accident Investigation Unit is investigating the crash.
