Police: Man Found Dead At Rollover Crash Site On Far South Side
(STMW) -- A man was found dead early Saturday at a crash site where a truck rolled over in the Morgan Park neighborhood on the Far South Side, police said.
About 12:45 a.m., the truck lost control, struck a light pole then flipped over in the 1100 block of West 111th Street, said police News Affairs Officer Amina Greer, citing preliminary information.
The man, whose exact age was not known, was found unresponsive outside the vehicle, Greer said. The Cook County medical examiner's office could not immediately confirm the fatality.
The police Major Accidents Investigation Unit is investigating the crash.
