Police: Man Caught In Loop With 100 Fake Debit Cards, $44K In Cash

(STMW) -- A man was arrested Saturday in the Loop with more than 100 fraudulent credit cards and $44,000 in cash, according to Chicago Police.

Financial Crimes Unit officers stopped Titus Jordache in the 0-100 block of Dearborn and found the cash and cards, which had stolen PINs, police said.

The 31-year-old faces felony charges of possessing counterfeit debit cards and burglary, police said.

Jordache, whose home address was unknown, was ordered held on a $100,000 bond Sunday, according to the Cook County sheriff's office. He is due back in court Jan 11.
