Police Issue Alert After Teen Sexually Assaulted On NW Side

CHICAGO (CBS) -- Chicago Police have issued a community alert after a teenager was assaulted on the Northwest Side, reports WBBM's Steve Miller.

Early Tuesday morning about 1:30, police say, a 19-year-old woman was walking in the area of Armitage and Pulaski - when a man grabbed her and pulled her into a gangway and sexually assaulted her.

The woman told police that the man left the scene on a bicycle - heading north.
