Police: Cab Driver Tried To Abduct Girl On North Side

(CBS) -- Police in Chicago say a cab driver tried to abduct a girl Saturday evening on the North Side.

Police say at Hermitage and Diversey around 5 a.m. a cab driver in a white taxi with black rims tried to get a girl in his four-door vehicle.

The girl was able to get away, police say. Police describe the cab driver as between 25-35 years old and that he was wearing a gray shirt.
