Police Arrest Man Suspected Of Breaking Windows At Beard Elementary School

CHICAGO (CBS)-- A man was arrested after police said he smashed windows at a Northwest Side school.

Police responded to Beard Elementary School after a call regarding criminal damage.

The 36-year-old man is accused of breaking approximately 82 windows at a school building.
