Police: 2-Year-Old Girl Dead, 2 Others Injured After West Side Crash

(STMW) -- A two-year-old girl has died and another child and adult have been injured in a crash on the West Side Saturday morning, according to Chicago Police.

The three-vehicle crash occurred about 6:30 a.m. at the intersection of Lake and Hamlin, according to police and Fire Media Affairs.

A 2-year-old girl was taken to Mount Sinai Hospital where she later died, police said. Another child, whose age and gender were unknown, was also taken to Mount Sinai hospital in serious condition.

An adult, whose age and gender were not known, was taken to Stroger Hospital in an unknown condition, police said.

Additional details were not immediately available.
