Plane Slides Off O'Hare Taxiway; No One Hurt

CHICAGO (STMW) -- A plane slid off a taxiway at O'Hare International Airport on Saturday evening.

A Spirit Airlines plane bound for Las Vegas was taxiing to a runway about 6 p.m. when it slid off the taxiway, Fire Media Affairs Director Larry Langford said.

Passengers on board were taken off the plane by 6:40 p.m. and bussed back to the terminal, Langford said.

No injuries were reported.
