Pedestrian struck, critically injured by snowplow in Merrillville, Indiana
CHICAGO (CBS) -- A pedestrian was critically injured after being hit by a snowplow Tuesday morning in Merrillville, Indiana.
Police said, around 8:15 a.m., officers responded to the Aldi at 10 W. Lincoln Hwy, where a female had been hit by a pickup truck equipped with a snowplow.
Paramedics who arrived on scene began treating the victim, who was taken to a local hospital in critical condition.
