Owner Of Building Where Firefighter Died Promises To Tear It Down

(CBS) -- The owner of the building where a Chicago firefighter plunged to his death before Christmas says he will voluntarily tear down his warehouse.

Firefighter Daniel Capuano left behind a wife and three young children. The family is suing the building's owner, citing OSHA violations.
