One Killed In Dan Ryan Crash
CHICAGO (STMW) -- A person was killed after a traffic crash on the Dan Ryan Expressway Sunday evening.
The crash happened at 7:05 p.m. in the northbound lanes near the 87th Street exit on Interstate 94, an Illinois State Police spokesman said. One person was pronounced dead at the scene, the spokesman said.
Further details were not immediately available and all traffic lanes have since reopened.
The Cook County Medical Examiner's office could not immediately confirm the death Sunday night.
