O'Hare Worker Charged With Stealing Traveler's iPad

CHICAGO (STMW) -- An O'Hare International Airport employee charged with stealing a traveler's iPad was ordered held on $10,000 bond Sunday.

Janessa M. Andrews, 22, of the 1600 block of North Lorel Avenue, was arrested Saturday at O'Hare after the traveler followed the device's GPS tracker to Andrews' home, prosecutors said. She was charged with one felony count of theft.

She appeared before Cook County Judge Maria Kuriakos Ciesil on Sunday.

Her next court appearance was set for 9 a.m. Friday.
