Off-Duty Chicago Police Officer Involved In Domestic Shooting On NW Side
(CBS) -- An off-duty Chicago Police officer was involved in a domestic shooting Sunday morning on the Northwest Side, police said.
Chicago Police News Affairs says the female officer shot a 51-year-old man in the shoulder around 10:37 a.m. in the 3800 block of N. Octavia. He was taken to Lutheran General in good condition.
The man is in custody and police say charges are pending.
