Oak Park Death Ruled A Homicide

CHICAGO (CBS) -- The death of an Oak park man this weekend is now ruled a homicide.

A janitor for the apartment building was performing a well-being check when he found the 77-year old man.

Investigators say there were no signs of forced entry but foul play is a factor.

Neither the cause of death or identity of the man have not been disclosed.
