No Bomb Found After Threat At Roosevelt Red Line Station

Police said a bomb threat at a South Loop subway station Monday night was "not bonafide."

A threat about a bomb at the CTA Red Line Roosevelt station was called in about 11:15 p.m., and the police Bomb and Arson Unit investigated and later cleared the scene about an hour later, police said.

Red Line service was temporarily rerouted due to police activity, but has since returned to normal, the CTA said.
