New Lead In Case Of Missing Gary Woman, Toddler

CHICAGO (CBS) -- Police are looking for a person of interest in connection with the disappearance of a Gary woman and her 2-year-old nephew.

Police want to question Terrance D Williams, also know as "Dollar," in the missing persons case Diamond Bynum, 21, and King Walker

"Anyone with information on the whereabouts of Terrance D Williams contact the Gary Police Department (219) 881-1260 or the Crime Stoppers line 866-CRIME-GP," police said in a statement.

Williams is approximately 5 feet, 9 inches tall and 145 pounds. He is known to frequent the area of 2200 Georgia Street in Gary as well as the 800 block of Pennsylvania Street, police said.

The two disappeared on July 25.

Their family has been searching ever since.

Police have said Bynum is developmentally disabled, and might have gotten lost while walking her nephew from their new home in Gary to a local store.

Bynum's family moved to Gary from Hammond in February, and police have said she is not yet familiar with the area around her new home in the 500 block of Matthews Street.
