Naperville Park District Suing Gov. Pritzker To Reopen

CHICAGO (CBS) -- Naperville's Park District is filing a lawsuit against Gov. JB Pritzker, asking a judge to let them reopen their facilities on their own timeframe.

The park district already plans to reopen some facilities June 1.

The park board says it is seeking the authority to make decisions in the best interest of their own community.
