SKOKIE, Ill. (CBS) -- They say if you don't like the weather in Chicago, just wait. The kids at a Skokie music school are tired of waiting, and have planned a street protest over the seemingly endless winter.

"We will create some signs – some sunny signs. We will learn a couple of summer songs, and we will parade around Skokie, and protest against the weather we've been having," said director Eftihia Papageorgiou.
