LOCATED: Steven Barrios, 23, High Risk, Last Seen In Belmont Cragin

CHICAGO (CBS) -- Police on Wednesday said a developmentally disabled man had been located after going missing from the Belmont Cragin area the day before.

Steven Barrios had last been seen earlier Tuesday in the 2500 block of North Lockwood Avenue. Police believed he might have been in that area, walking around, without a cellphone and wearing a Chicago Bears hoodie.

Barrios had been located as of late Wednesday afternoon, police said.
