MISSING: Louis Driver, 77, Last Seen In Gresham, In Need Of Medical Attention

CHICAGO (CBS)-- Louis Driver, 77, has been reported missing and was last seen in the Gresham neighborhood.

According to Chicago police, Driver was last seen wearing a navy blue and white hat, beige shirt and dress pants. He is wearing glasses.

Police said the missing man experiences forgetfulness and takes various medications.
